Smoke I Waza Bad
Boy
(Bass)
The Ultimate Gelding and The Horse for
Everyone—clearly, this horse is all of that and more. Purchased by Crosswinds
Farm from John and Linda Lambert in 2008, Bass, as he is known around the
barn, has proved to be one of our greatest joys in our experiences in the
miniature horse industry. This 32" grey horse has won his share of
halter classes, including AMHR National Champion and AMHA Honor Roll Champion,
and now he is maturing into a great driving horse. Trained to drive
by Tammi Nuttall of Winning Ways Training Center, he has been shown in
Classic/Western and Country Pleasure classes, but we now believe his future
lies in Country Pleasure. He loves the show arena and has that extra
gear that could very well make him a winner in roadster as well, and, in
2012, he will be in training to test this possibility, along with a number
of other performance events, while being shown in AMHA and AMHR shows by
Jerry Horn and Sarah Kuzmic.
Bass is a beautiful horse with a great
disposition and a willingness to perform. When they coined the phrase—The
Horse for Everyone—they had to have this type of horse in mind. We
enjoy showing and winning with this horse, and we want to challenge him
(and us) to make him the best that he can be as The Ultimate Gelding.
Watch for this little grey horse in 2012–you will like what you see!!

Introducing
the Newest Driving Prospect at Crosswinds Farm
Samis Brilliant Access
(AKA Ace)
|
Look at this beautiful chestnut
with refinement and movement to burn. This 2009 stallion has been
biding his time just waiting for the chance to go driving. Purchased
from Ron and Sami Scheuring in Fall 2011, he will be under the training
of Tammi Nuttall of Winning Ways Training Center for the 2012 show season.
Sired by Abrias Signature Accent and out of Samis The China Moon, his grandsires
are Champion Farms Sirs Signature and Samis Kid Banana, and he has a pedigree
just loaded with some of the most outstanding horses in the miniature horse
world, including Rowdy, Lazy N Red Boy, Cross Countrys Call Me Sir, Bond
Dynamo, Bond Sir Galahad, and Shadow Oaks Top Banana, among others.
2012 will be Ace’s first time in competition,
but we think you will enjoy seeing this remarkable horse in the making.
His beautiful coloration sets off his great conformation and refinement.
Keep tabs on this guy—we expect him to be a winner!
